Breakfast & Dining
A breakfast buffet is served in the 2nd floor Italian restaurant, Aquila Volans, between 7.00 and 10.00 with last entry at 9.45. The buffet includes both Japanese and Western style items with plenty of fresh vegetables, salad, fish, bread, juice, coffee, and tea. The breakfast fee is 1,500 yen for adults and 900 yen for children. Children under elementary school age can eat breakfast for free. Breakfast tickets are sold at the front desk.
Aquila Volans also serves lunch between 11.45 and 14.00 with last entry at 13.30 and dinner is served from 18.00 to 22.00 with last orders at 21.30. The lunch and dinner menus feature, pasta dishes, pizzas, steaks, and hamburger steaks served with a salad buffet, fine wines, and other beverages.

Staff at the 24-hour front desk are friendly and professional and will be happy to answer queries about local sightseeing attractions or to recommend nearby restaurants.
Check-in time is from 14.00 and check-out time is by 11.00. Luggage can be kept at reception before checking in and also after checking out for one day.
The following items can be borrowed from reception: extra pillows of different types, a sewing kit, a wine opener, nail clippers, an electric iron, and a baby crib. Wheelchairs are available for use within the hotel.
A computer and printer are available in the lobby for guests to use. Guests can also rent a laptop computer for 800 yen per night.
On the 5th, 8th, and 11th floors there are vending machines for both soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, ice making machines, and microwave ovens.
The hotel has a self-service laundry on the 7th and 10th floors with coin-operated machines which can be accessed 24 hours a day. Both the washing machines and dryers cost just 100 yen to operate and washing detergent is dispersed automatically. There is also a change machine by the front desk where you can get 100-yen coins.
The hotel also has a dry cleaning service. Items brought to the front desk by 9.00 will be ready by 19.00 on the same day.
The 1st floor convenience store
There is a 24-hour Lawson convenience store on the 1st floor of the hotel building where guests can buy cheap snacks, drinks, and other daily groceries.
For security reasons the hotel is closed between 24.00 and 6.00. During this time guests can enter the hotel with their room key.
The hotel has a parking lot with spaces available on a first-come first-served basis. Parking costs 1,200 per night.

Daiwa Roynet Yokohama-Koen is a 5-minute walk from Nihon-odori Station on the Minatomirai Subway Line and a 7-minute walk from Kannai Station which is on the Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line and the JR Negishi, Keihin-Tohoku, and Yokohama lines. Here is a map showing the location.
